      Clinical Scientist Interview

      12 July 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Sacramento, CA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ro (Sacramento, CA)

      Interview

It was weird and the HR representative I worked with seemed very green. She never asked for my resume or provided it to my interviewers. I had interviews with 4 people and was asked to proceed to the final interview where I had to do a practical exercise. Ultimately HR said the hiring manager went with the person she knew and worked with in past.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How would you go about working with someone who may be set in their ways and hesitant to change?
