To start, we’re so sorry to hear that you feel you wasted your time – interview processes are a big investment and should never feel futile for candidates. We assure you that we would never go through the motions with someone we weren’t seriously considering (both for your sake and ours!), and decisions on candidates are never made mid-way through a process. With that said, we do recognize that our process is a bigger time investment than at some other companies and we are always iterating on where there are opportunities to further condense the process while still giving both candidates and Ro a realistic preview of what it might be like to work together.
