They made me take an assessment before interviewing began and then had a phone screening, an interview which was basically a recorded version of the phone screening, and a business assessment. The entire process took a month only for me to not get an offer. A waste of time to be honest. There also wasn't a lot of active communication between me and the person coordinating the interviews, which I found to be a red flag. Overall, very happy to not be granted an offer since one of the interviewers mentioned having to work 9am to 7pm (wow no work life balance--despite the interviewer saying that they enjoyed the work life balance that Road Rebel offers) regularly because of time zones.
