Interview
After shortlisting of resumes all candidates were given air tickets to travel to Bangalore for further process. The process involved a round of group discussion on a case study and a 5 mins presentation about myself and my achievements. These were the major elimination rounds and after these only 5 out of 40 candidates were selected for further rounds of interviews.
This was followed by a 1 hr interview in the evening by a panel of 3 interviewers including the Bosch HR head for India. This included many general questions and also some stress questions but nothing technical. Interviewers were trying to apply pressure and observe how you react. With this the process for 1st 3 rounds was completed on a single day.
About 1 month later for those who had qualified the first 3 rounds (2 out of 40 candidates invited), another interview was conducted by the business head of the area where you were supposed to work. This was more of a cordial interview with some technical questions. Results were announced in the very next day
