Interview
The interview was in English. It was for a position of an Intern for the job title " Creation of an FE-Model for the electromechanical evaluation of manufacturing tolerances using Abaqus ".
I had applied for the internship in October 2014 and got an interview call in November 2014. I got an acceptance mail within one week and the starting date was from May 2015. The interview was not so difficult and general questions about myself, my studies and experience were asked. The interviewer was polite, friendly and was helpful.
Overall I was pleased with the interview and the quick process from Bosch and was very satisfied.

Question 1
The interviewer initially introduced about the company and the department and its activities. Then he talked about the tasks involved in the internship. Thereafter he asked me about myself, my education and subjects i have studied during my masters. He asked some questions related to FEM, differential equations and my Software experience with Abaqus.

Kurze Vorstellung der Person. Zwei Leute im Call, der Chef des Teams und eine Person die im Team arbeitet, sehr entspannte atmosphäre. Über Studium und Hintergrund geredet. , Gespräch ging so ca. 20 Minuten und dann habe ich nach ein paar Tagen die Rückmeldung bekommen.

Interview
Die Gesprächsatmosphäre war sehr entspannt. Man stellt sich vor und danach wird den Arbeitsumfang der Stelle klar gestellt. Nur wenige fachtliche Kenntnisse wurde gefragt. Am Ende wurde nach genaue Datum gefragt, wann man mit der Arbeit anfangen kann.

30-40 minuten mit dem Vorgesetzten, Fragen beantworten, Vorstellung des Unternehmens
15 Minuten austausch mit einem jetzigen Praktikanten ohne das der Vorgesetzte dabei war, so konnte man auf heiklere Fragen eingehen
30 Minuten rundgang, Produkt Vorstellung und nächste Schritte besprechen
