I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Robert Bosch (Bengaluru) in Oct 2015
Interview
Had a screening test at University (based on concepts from Electrical Engineering: Microprocessors, Microcontrollers, Flip-Flops, Analog Circuit Design etc.) Cleared the screening test and was called for an on-campus interview. The first round (technical) had questions based on my projects and my intership along with a few Electrical Engineering concepts. The final round was a regular HR round.

Assessments followed by interviews, listen to what they say and talk about your thought process. Try to link back to any experience you have had. Research the company's values and what's essential to your role and include that in your answer. It's just about checking boxes.

Interview
Attended an assessment center for a graduate position. Overall good experience. Included Group activities, personal interview, presentation and tests. I feel that the activities represented a wide different set of skills. Some of them were interesting and challenging, but others don't allow the candidate to properly show abilities, imo.
