The initial contact with Bosch was done via a workshop / pitch / presentation organized by Bosch, in my university. The people who performed the 10 best pitches where contacted to schedule a presential interview at their instalations. The interview consisted of 2 HR persons asking a vast ammount of questions about almost everything related to my aspirations, education, conflic resolution style, teamworking capabilities, reason for choosing my course, the topic of my (ongoing) Master's Thesis and some technical details on it and a vast ammount of other topics. Also the mandatory "Why do you want to work for Bosch". The whole interview took about 1h15. After the interview, the timeframe for they to contact me was "in the next few weeks".
After a few weeks, I got contacted to do a 2nd interview. The 2nd interview was more or less the same as the 1st one, with 2 engineers instead of HR persons. Also, it was more focused on career aspirations and areas of interest, and a bit more technical (again, focusing on explaining my thesis, no hard math or physics questions where asked). Also, a tour of the factory, laboratories and R&D center was performed (all of them are very modern looking and nicely illuminated buildings).
