Multiple regional managers interviewed. Straightforward questions. Lower than average compensation. Process can be drawn out and from what I landed the onboarding process is very disorganized. Training lacks in a very big way as hands on training was limited to annual sales meeting discussing new products.

1st round: Phone screenings, 2nd round: Virtual Behavioral Interview + Market Sizing Activity ; pretty smooth process and lasted a couple weeks overall, the interviewers were awesome and the calls were about 15-30 min and main interview about an hour
