Initially, I was asked to complete the following exercise: ''Explain in a paragraph what you understand Merchandising to be and what interests you about a career within Merchandising''. After 1,5 months, I was invited to attend an interview at Robert Dyas Headquarters at Leatherhead. The interview lasted 75 minutes and included a practical test, which was quite easy and several questions. This was the first of the two interviews that the hiring process included. I was rejected after the first interview.
