Robi Part Time Software Engineer interview questions

Last year (December 2020) in December Robi started a new project to bring young graduate and last year students to their subsidiary company Reddot digital. The interview process had three parts 1. MCQ questions : basic network , algorithm, OOP 2. Coding competition : 6 problem set from easy to difficult. It was a 2 hours long coding competition. 3. Viva interview : HR and a senior engineer will conduct the interview. I got into the final phase of the interview and the HR told me that they will let me know if I got selected or not. It was the 2nd or 3rd week of January 2021. Now it has been 1 month and more I still did not get any call or email that I was rejected or not. A company like Robi should have a proper etiquette to let the candidates know. I have asked around if they have given any feedback mail or not to the candidates. Everybody said they have not received anything mail from Robi. ( One of the candidate I asked was in the top 10 of the coding competition ) Robi is not a small start-up company. I am happy with their process of their interview. But the follow up is not acceptable.
