Three phone interviews and an on-site (four 30 minute interviews). There is a previous post for the same position that provides a good summary of the on-site process. I thought the on-site went super well, but I didn’t get the offer, which was pretty deflating. The recruiter told me I did a great job, but said I was passed over for a lack of experience. I found that odd since I know for a fact the company hired someone for the same position 3 months ago that has the same level of experience as me. I would have appreciated more valuable feedback after doing 7 interviews. The people seemed really great, and the company has an amazing mission, so it’s definitely a tough pill to swallow. Good luck with your interviews. Just try your best, there’s nothing else you can do. But just know that it’s very competitive. You don’t want to get your hopes up like me only to have them crushed haha
