2 interviews which were fairly quick. Had automated scheduling so easy to find a time that works. They spent no time building a relationship but instead fired off multiple questions. One way conversation. If you enjoy a friendly culture, this department may not be the best fit.

Initial phone screen -> "technical" interview with a senior member of the team -> virtual on-site consisting of 4 interviews
Interview process was amazing. Every person I interacted with was kind and supportive throughout the process. It made me excited to join my future team and make impact at an amazing company.
