One question they asked was: “Tell me about a time you handled a high-stakes content escalation.” I explained how I assessed content against policy, gathered relevant evidence, made an objective decision, escalated when necessary, and ensured accuracy while meeting quality standards and protecting users from potentially harmful content.

Standard online assessment with two leetcodes. One leetcode was a hard and then a logic game. Leetcodes were string / hashmap type nothing too complicated. Also a behavioral side with essay questions.
