The Interview Process is professional and crisp. Style of interviews were more conversational. First round focussed on Subject Matter AND problem solving skills. A quick case study was shared to assess the approach I would take to resolve it. Rest of the interview was focussed on gauging basic understanding of Agile methodology and Product Management role. Second round was more focussed on Leadership and People development skills. The interviews provided a glimpse of the passion driven culture of the Organisation.
