I was interviewed by the regional director, then by the managing director. The process was very relaxed. Focus was on fitting into culture and how my skills could translate into the position I was interviewing for. Also took a strong interest in my goals in relation to business and where I would like to be in 5 years with my career which I thought was awesome. There were no real trick questions or anything that was out of the ordinary. Overall an enjoyable experience!

Interview
I was interviewed by a recruiter and then by the managing director, and it went really well. I didn't feel uncomfortable and the questions were what you would expect at an interview, it was handled very professionally. Then there was a week or two to get background checks and the normal testing before i was brought on board. Glad to be part of the team.

The whole process was very easy. Some interviews can make you feel quite intimidated and uncomfortable, however - this was completely opposite in my case. It was very relaxed and easy going.
