I applied online. I interviewed at Roc Search (Austin, TX)
Interview
They advertise this position as an entry level position but then every job that you have on your resume isn't good enough and then grill you on every job. The hot shot British guy grills you and draws all over your resume. He's very arrogant. I contemplated leaving in the middle of the interview and really wish I had. They expect you to work 24/7 for 35k a year. It's a good ole boys club. There's only men that work there.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Roc Search (Birmingham, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
They only after a contact number gathered from your references. Don't pass your reference data to those scammers because they don't care about you but company representative numbers. Stay away?!!
Initial phone interview followed by a pre-recorded video call. The website asked questions (some pretty weird ones) and I recorded my answers. Did not receive a follow up, was ghosted. Very unprofessional.

Question 1
Asked about my background and how it applies to the position.
Initial interview process was pretty standard. However after seeming enthusiastic and telling me they were sending next steps by email, I never received anything. Either there was a discrepancy with what they communicated or the interviewer forgot. Not sure which is worse.
