Seamless and easy to pass. I literally did not spend up to an hour and a got the job. Just be confident, and smile as much as you can. Be truthful with your response and you will ace it with ease.
30 minute phone screen with a recruiter asking basic questions such as availability, work history, pay expectations, location preference, and then an hour interview on site with hiring manager and an on the job shadow/tour with a peer.

The interview was simple and straight forward. Everyone was very polite and provided plenty of time to consider the job offer once it was extended. After I declined the offer with HR, I never received a response from anyone confirming receipt despite multiple attempts to reach out.
