The interview lasts about 4 hours and about 6 people with various roles interview you followed up by a factory walkthrough. Managers, engineers, HR, and sales interview you and the questions are varied from technical to social.

Good amount of time, good questions. Very easy to talk to. Gave a good job description and insight of what the next steps in the hiring process would be. This was first interview on phone.

Interview
I had three interviews. The first was with some of the higher-ups in the Engineering department. The next was with two engineers who I would be working with. The final interview was with the Director of Engineering, and the President of the company. Each interview was 45 minutes.
