Had several good conversations with the employer prior to meeting in person. They expressed a lot of interest in having me on board, but despite my credentials and prior experience, I was never offered the job. Followed up several times over the course of the next two months with no response. Disappointing to say the least...could have at least gotten back to me with a yes or no.
