Interview
Quick couple of questions. They often ask you to describe your work experience or experience with fast paced jobs. A fun question is usually thrown in too. Mine was what kitchen appliance you would be. It is fairly easy you just have to be able to answer their questions. You will usually do two interviews on with a manager and then the final one with the General Manager.

Interview
I applied online and got a call the next day for an interview. When we set it up, I went in and spoke with one of the managers. After I spoke with her, she went and got the general manager and I had an interview with him. I got hired on the spot by the general manager. The only downside is I told them during the interview the days I was not available and they told me it would not be a problem. When they called for me for first day, it was on a day I told them I could not work. I retold them my availability and then she proceeded to tell me that it was going to be a problem even though it was fine during the interview.
