      Process Engineer Interview

      29 July 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Santa Clara, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rocket EMS (Santa Clara, CA) in July 2024

      Interview

My interview process at Rocket EMS was thorough and smooth. It began with a call with the VP, where we discussed the basics similar to a screening call. The second round was an in-person interview at the Santa Clara facility, which lasted 3 hours and was very conversational. The third meeting took place at the Carson facility and spanned the entire day from 9 AM to 4 PM. During this time, I met with various employees, from managers and recruiters to technicians. I had the opportunity to understand how the company operates, observe the production line, and participate in one-on-one interviews with different managers. Overall, it was a great experience.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Here's a summary of the interview questions and experience: 1.Why did you apply for this role? 2.Why this company? 3.Questions about my work experience and certifications: They asked for details and explanations. 4.Project-related questions: After I showed them my projects, they asked follow-up questions. I made sure to thoroughly research the company, its operations, and the work they do. During the interview, I reflected this knowledge in my answers and questions to demonstrate that I had done my homework.
