Interview
Was taken into the backroom and mainly asked about availability and willingness to stick with the job. My location had a very high turnover rate because of the manager/owner and I, and basically everyone else who came in for an interview, pretty much had the job before the interview even started.
Very laidback and friendly, interpersonal style of interviewing! Asked about experience in retail and the mission of the business as a whole. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly tone to the conversation.
