Straightforward, reasonable, and transparent - screening questions w/ recruiter, then virtual interview w/ HITL manager from NZ, then onsite interview in Long Beach with some remote members from NZ, as well as senior-level engineers from flight software, and facility tour following. Questions spanned evaluation of problem-solving ability from past issues I've faced, as well as capability I could provide to their ground simulation functions, and how I would make sense of their current situation to thrive in their environment.
