Rocket Lab Mechanical Engineer interview questions

The interview was very basic with simple questions. Some questions were related to design work others were testing related questions. Most questions were open ended questions. For example, please explain the steps you take in taking a design from the conceptual phase all the way to production.

I had been trying to work with RL for a while now and had gone through years of trying making it to the face-to-face interview once before. After a few years in the Oil and Gas industry my experience could now be leveraged and they chased me. Overall, the experience was good from the beginning and the conversations were honest and open from both parties.
