I had one call with the recruiter and one video interview with the hiring manager. I was asked to review the website in advance and come to the call prepared to discuss where they can make improvements. The interview went for the full 45 mins. and I was told that follow-up would occur the next week. A week went by and nothing. I emailed the recruiter the following week and nothing. I then reached out to the hiring manager and nothing. I am perfectly aligned to the position, and realize others may be too, but at least reach back out to tell me. It is your job to spend your time to fill a position and be considerate to candidates (as regardless of experience they can be an ambassador or a detractor to your business) who spend their time and energy preparing for (website review and suggestions) and interviewing. At least tell them you are moving on and why. Asking candidates to do "prework" that benefits the company without any follow-up on your end, does not position the organization in high favor.
