A soft skills interview over the phone, followed by an asynchronous technical interview, I got 2 hours to complete 3 programming questions of moderate difficulty. Overall it seemed fairly straightforward and transparent
Started with an initial call with a hiring manager, going over fit and details about the role. Then proceeded to an initial technical interview with a senior and a junior from the tooling department.
