One way interview. Not much to say. Looking for the next step. They are very responsive and I can imagine they are like this in person too. So I guess we will see

Interview
First part of the interview process was a one- way interview in which I was asked five questions pertaining to the job in a succession. Soon after, I was invited to a second interview, this time a two-way interview. Recruiter was late to the zoom meeting and proceeded to ask very vague questions. After about two questions, I was asked the final question, in which I gave a slightly different response than what was expected, and as such was denied the job on the spot. The recruiter then clarified what she meant by the question and I gave the correct answer after being given more context, but despite this, the recruiter told me that it was too late and that if I had said that initially, then I would have been okay. Very inflexible and confusing. She then spent the next 20 minutes of the meeting explaining how Rockstar had created everything from the ground up and that I would need to be up to par with these individuals. A strange choice of conversation, given that it is public knowledge that Rockstar uses a lot of other companies technologies in their engine which were not, in fact, made by rockstar

Recruiter was slow to respond, video process was honestly a stupid way to gauge candidates in my opinion.
Very slow, unresponsible, and unprofessional in my opinion.
