The interview process is just as bad as others report. I thought that the guy asking my questions on the video interview was either very autistic or a brand new recruit. He asks you interview questions which are not related to you and your work history, nor are they related to the role. Questions they've got from google like, "give me an example where you were challenged" / "give me an example where you were offered feedback at work". He didn't chat either to get to know you, he took his answer and it was on to the next one. He didn't ask any questions about my CV, past experiences, career goals, skills in the field. You know, questions that teach you about your candidate. So imagine my surprise when I turn up for group interview day in Manchester, and this man is LEADING THE WHOLE PROCESS! Okay, so he's not a brand new recruit who is terrible at his job. He's just terrible at his job. During this day, you will not be asked any questions regarding your CV or experiences. Companies who do group interviews & batch hiring like this are bad enough. Companies who advertise all over social media, don't get to know their candidates, and batch hire? Dangerous. This isn't Christmas season at the post office, this is teaching children. Why are you not interested to ask about work history? Or career intentions? Check out the reviews from past employees. This place stinks of poor product, under pay, and high turnover. Check out their reviews from parents too. 💀
