The interview process was extremely frustrating. There were several weeks in between multiple rounds of multi-hour video calls with multiple interviewers. After all of this, I was told that I was one of two candidates left under consideration, but the other candidate accepted another job elsewhere and I was told that HR would have to start the process over to find another suitable candidate to compare me to and I would have to wait while that happened. In the end, I did a "final interview" and then was completely ghosted, with no responses to emails or phone calls by either HR or the hiring manager. In my opinion, this was completely unprofessional.
