I interviewed four times with various pairs of people. They were friendly, down to earth, and engaged. Although there were lot of questions, the interview felt conversational. I enjoyed my experience.

Each interviewer assessed both technical knowledge and leadership approach. The overall process was structured and professional, with clear communication throughout.
