Here is my take on the interview process... I loved it. Was it Long yes just short of 4 hours. But as a manager I love this... How does anyone get to know someone. Thsts right talk to them. You can't know someone in a 20 or 30 min interview. Yes they ask hard questions, so they see how you handle yourself. They ask personal questions so can gauge your character.
