It took about 30 days after I applied for them to call me. First round, phone screen, Second round with HR and manager on site. Third step: proofing and editing test, and personality test. Friendly, straightforward, well organized.

The process of the interview was quite strange. Almost like interrogation. Around 30 min. worth of questions asked by HR and Hiring Managers without any introduction to the company, it's culture, not talking about the position. HR Manager cannot ask any questions without reading it, which shows it is either no preparation for the task, no idea what the questions means or simply doesn't care.
