Sat down with manager and had a down to earth conversation about my summer and expectations from the job. They ask you about your previous job experience that required communicating with customers and ask you what you would do in hypothetical situations.

Have you had server experience?
What would you do if someone said the food is terrible?
What would you do if a customer is very drunk and starts being rude?
Very awkward. No one seemed like they wanted to be there. The manager wasn’t very welcoming. They said that they would call me to set up training but never did.

Was very simple, applied online within the hr had an interview then was hired and started training later that day. Training took a minute only because we had to do it as a group.
