Make an appointment with the branch manager of the location where you want to hang your license. Rodeo Realty has many locations. Check the one that you want to be part of, and you could always go to the other location and work from their office.

Simple and straightforward. Long wait upon arrival is my only complaint, but there was a comfortable waiting area, so it wasn't such a big deal. Simpler than most interview processes.
