I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rogers Enterprises (Grand Rapids, MI) in July 2017
Interview
I first had an interview with the store manager, who was delightful and extremely friendly. I was so excited about this opportunity! I then had a second interview with the district manager -- it took weeks to schedule and he was almost an hour late. The second interview was horrendous as the DM was antagonistic and offensive. I felt like I was in an interrogation and after the interview, I went to the bathroom to cry. I didn't even want the job after that.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rogers Enterprises
Interview
The interview process took about a week. First you interview with a store manager, then you interview with a different store manager, and lastly you interview with a district manager. Very easy retail interview. Just follow the basics. All three interviews are practically the same.
