2, They asked a few scenario-based questions, At the time, I had minimal experience in Customer Service (Part-Time F&B), and as this was my first internship experience, they also took into account my contributions in my studies, leadership positions, and CCA experiences.
Interview was done with the hiring team. It consists of Manager and a staff. The interview was conducted in person in their office. It was conducted in a room and they just asked questions relating to my school and part time jobs.
