Rohrer interview questions

Relatively quick and simple. Good individuals and treated well. Unfortunately, the desired background requirements for role changed after the interview was completed. Used interview process to better understand what they really wanted.

I applied online and received a call from a recruiter, who later scheduled the first round of interviews. After multiple follow-ups, I got a second round of interview supposed to be technical for the financial analyst role, but the interviewers weren't sure and asked unrelated questions. One was a consultant with limited insight; the other admitted no prior experience. Eventually, a third round turned into a general discussion about day-to-day data analyst activities, not the financial analyst role. I sent a few reminders, but the interviewer ghosted me. Overall, it was a time-wasting experience.
