Pre interview there was a timed test with cameras turned on in a meeting. Shortly afterwards interviews were schedule on a zoom call for around 30 min. The first interview was with Dartmouth.

The initial phase of the selection process involves completing two separate online assessments, which are administered and overseen by Dartmouth Partners. Upon successful completion of these tests, candidates are invited to attend a competency-based interview with the Human Resources team to discuss their background and motivation.
