Was good to meet James and talk about the role. He was friendly and gave a lot of info. Was easy to talk to. Seems like the interview process will be very long.
I took a skills test, which I completed. So, after a week of not hearing back, I reached out in an email to know if there were be any next steps or if additional information was needed. I have not received any response; if you send out a test to begin the process, it's not polite to go silent with a potential candidate.
