Not sure how to get past the super quick 15 min screening. HR rep couldn't answer any of my questions about the company and I never heard back again. I would recommend asking more focused follow-up questions to get to know each candidate better, which results in better notes to review afterwards. I could tell that my resume wasn't read at all.
