Initial stages of the interview, great interviewer and company where they offer great benefits and packages. They also have multiple locations across the US. In the first stage they ask you very basic questions to get a sense of your experience and potential fit.

1. HM screening - half hr
2. Case study using Excel- GP and Profitability analysis, QoQ, YOQ, data cleaning, etc., within a short period of time. But based on Excel data, we need to understand the scenarios

4 rounds - recruiter, hiring manager, case study, and panel interviews onsite. Heavy emphasis on behavioral and technical competency. Seem to value good ability to explain yourself and thought process

Interview
Phone Screen followed by a conversation with the hiring manager and then a modeling assessment, which took approximately 2 hours to complete. After the modeling assessment, spoke to the Director/VP of the org who asked more technical case questions. His questions were quite confusing, and were industry-specific so was set up for failure from the beginning coming from a vastly different industry. Other than that, the process was standard.
