The interview process started nicely with the recruiter. She explained the next steps and the company culture to me. The interviews with the teams went terrible. I had the impression that they just interviewed me to get ideas and best practices for the business. It was not about my experience and skills, they were just asking what can be done, how can it be done and what was important in the process.

Question 1
What are good ways to improve payment performance and reduce cost of payments.
I like meeting with the hiring manager first and then doing a panel. The interview process can be challenging but not out of the ordinary for other companies in the industry.
