Rolex Customer Service Representative interview questions

HR doesn't know what they're doing. They aren't looking for specific skills. I was sent to interview in three different departments that have nothing to do with each other. It makes no sense. When they made the offer I was already working somewhere else.

The interview consisted in 3 different video calls on Google meeting platform. 1st with Human Resources, 2nd with customer experience and 3rd with chief marketing officer. You need to pass all 3 to be able to get offered a job. The interview were quite easy but they test your personality and check your mindset to see if you’re suitable for the job.
