Roll & Hill interview questions

Initial interview with Human Resources Director over the phone. Took 10-15 Minutes. Was a great conversation and easy person to talk to. Second, was another phone interview with the VP of sales. Lasted 30-40 Minutes. Very informal interview style. Felt like a conversation as opposed to an interview. *And I mean that in a good way.

When arriving for my interview, I was unaware how beautiful inside was going to be. I was caught off guard by the beautiful factory, and the dedication going into the pieces being created. I had the pleasure to meet with the HR Director, we spoke for quiet awhile, and overall I was very satisfied when leaving. Although I was unable to come back for a 2nd interview due to taking another job offer, I do hope to work with Roll & Hill in the future.
