Interview
Had a phone screen with a recruiter. Then had a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. Things seemed to go well but clearly moved on as I never received a follow-up.
That's fine but what was a turn-off is that they ghosted me after I invested my time and effort into their interview process. At least send an automated rejection email. I guess that tells me what kind of company it is so really it was a blessing in disguise.

Tell me a time you had an upset customer and what you did to resolve it?
Submitted a resume and then meet with a couple of people. Getting the appointment for a interview seemed to be a bit of a challenge for whoever the hr person was. But once it was set it was a fairly straight forward process.

The interviewer asked about my availability and experience in the field.
Received a notification on indeed from them to apply and of course I apply, Next day I received a notification that they were reviewing my resume and within 1 hour or so I get the thanks but no thanks.. Why even do that??? Perhaps HR was just collecting resumes, was I the minority quota that they needed to have for compliance... Awful!!!
