I had two groups interviews. The first one was for Workers Comp Dept and the second one was for the SSD Dept. It didn't take long to recieved an offer and start the background check process. I started about 2 weeks about my final group interview.

Applied online and heard from HR in one week. my first interview interesting I and another candidate interview at the same time, The HR rep was overly interested in if the other candidate had proper traveling method to get to work. it lasted only 20mins. The first candidate knew the receptionist they were friends I was happy to be invited to the second interview. The second interview 6 candidates were interviewed at the same time by a panel of 3 HR reps. Some of the questions were standard but many of the HR staff clearly partially from the beginning and the interview process was something that they are required to do.
