Had an initial phone screening with the recruiter to discuss my background and what I was looking for in a position. After a few weeks she came back with a potential position and helped coordinate an in-person interview with the client. The client's interview doesn't seem pertinent here since they will vary from client to client, but the recruiter maintained contact with the company and kept me in the loop well as they made their decision. Overall, I felt they did a good job of keeping me updated on my status and made a solid effort to place me with a team that matched my goals (to gain experience and contribute to a small company).
