Reached out to me in a week, first a phone screening (30-40 min) then a panel interview a few weeks later with the team I would have been supporting. Organization seems to be going through a lot of structural changes, including turnover, and at least one department may be overwhelmed with multiple roles being held by one person. HR representative was really supportive and nice throughout the process!
