First there is the phone interview by HR recruiter, then you interview with your immediate supervisor- if that interview goes well then the next step is the peer to peer interview

Tell me about a time where you evaluated yourself differently than your supervisor
First a phone interview with a recruiter, if you do good then its a in person with the manager. Lastly a peer to peer interview with your fellow lead and sometimes a second lead.

Very misleading and not very informative. After ending the interview and meeting all possible co-workers as well as doctors, I was basically under the impression I had the job nailed
