Lovely offices and friendly approachable interview, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Straight forward approach and questions to interviews without seeming like a check box list of questions to get through. Amused the curveball question, 'So, if I met one of your colleagues, what would they have to say about you'? A simple strengths and weaknesses question, but disarming in its positioning, especially if you divergent in thought processing.
All-in-all, a genuinely enjoyable interview and grok impression of Ropes & Gray suggests that it will be a lovely company to work for.

Question 1
So, if I met one of your colleagues, what would they have to say about you?
I participated in a screening interview and then interviews with multiple levels of team members. Candidates should expect to speak with multiple groups at the firm to ensure a good fit. Everyone was courteous and prompt and willing to answer my questions.
