Straight forward approach and questions to interviews without seeming like a check box list of questions to get through. Amused the curveball question, 'So, if I met one of your colleagues, what would they have to say about you'? A simple strengths and weaknesses question, but disarming in its positioning, especially if you divergent in thought processing. All-in-all, a genuinely enjoyable interview and grok impression of Ropes & Gray suggests that it will be a lovely company to work for.
